Everything clean, but lights mishap

We loved our spacious suite which had stunning views of the Andes. The staff was incredibly helpful, guiding us to nearby restaurants and offering great tour options right in the lobby. It made our family trip so much easier and enjoyable!

This hotel features large, comfortable suites with convenient layouts, including living areas and separate bedrooms, providing a spacious feel. The gym is well-equipped for a good workout, with a range of cardio and weights available-perfect for burning off those wine tour calories.

The room's lighting setup is frustrating, as you can't control the bathroom lights independently from the main lights. The lack of a coffee pot or tea facilities in the room is disappointing, especially after staying elsewhere with more thoughtful amenities. Plus, the absence of instructions for the lockbox adds unnecessary confusion.
