It was close to the main mall, where I found good restaurants and shops to explore. the main plaza was also only a short distance away. the sleeping area was comfortable and clean. the room had a great view of the city and the mountains behind. the staff was friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was very plentiful, with many delicious options to choose from.

The hotel's furniture and styling seemed outdated, and could use some renovations to make it feel more modern and comfortable.

The support the hotel staff gave us, when we had rental car problems, was just wonderful. Everybody was extremely helpful and friendly.

It was a pity that everything was inside. We went for dinner to the Hyatt and that had a wonderful terrace outdoors, that we really missed. Chairs in the bar at the Sheraton were less than comfortable.

Fantastic Business Hotel This hotel was a great place to stay during my business trip. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the gym had a good range of equipment. I really enjoyed the complementary breakfast and reliable Wifi. the location was key - it was easy to walk to restaurants and shops.

Room Service could be better Unfortunately, the room service was a bit disappointing. the food was average and it took longer than expected to arrive.

Fantastic staff, incredibly helpful. Spa facilities good and the masseur was excellent, he relaxed a very painful lower back problem for me.

We loved the location of this hotel: within walking distance of downtown sights and with plenty of restaurants around. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities that truly make it a luxurious experience. the Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool and sauna all contribute to a relaxing and revitalizing stay. the modern rooms are perfectly maintained and offer a comfortable and peaceful environment. the bar/lounge area is elegantly decorated, and the extensive buffet breakfast provides a great start to any day.

this minor annoyance was easily overlooked by all the other fantastic aspects this hotel has to offer.

The breakfast had decent options and the pool was enjoyable. Location was quite convenient with nearby markets and restaurants.

The rooms were outdated and in dire need of maintenance, with some of them emitting an unpleasant smell. The hotel lobby and common areas were not clean as they smelled like cigarette smoke.
